The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and most of all very flexible and patient with our children. It's a hotel mostly oriented to business travelers given its location very close to the Eurexpo, the airport, and an industrial area... However, we had plenty of leisure time with our 3 young children: the pingpong table, the two table footballs, the pool with Jacuzzi... Also thanks to Remy for the lots of very helpful advice on Lyon! The restaurant was also great. We had a buffet option for little more than 30 euros for one adult, with a lot of delicious dishes and special threats. We had dinner here almost every day. Beds were also extremely comfy, which is quite rare for a hotel.

I had read previous reviews and was a little dubious if we had made the right decision to stay here during our travels through France. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my concerns were unfounded. There was plenty of parking above ground and I believe there is also underground parking. Staff on arrival were polite and welcoming. I was asked from the outset if I would prefer to speak French or English. Although I can get by in French, the English spoken by staff was more than adequate. The restaurant gave great choices for dinner and breakfast, again with attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable with the rare French addition of kettle and coffee. Yes the hotel is located within an industrial estate but this is pretty typical for France and if you don't like it, book somewhere else. Having said that, I didn't witness any interference from the estate on my visit. The hotel was being used by families, couples and workers but the ambience was very tranquil. We didn't use the pool or spa do cannot comment on that. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful on our departure when we found we had a flat tyre. They were able to recommend a local garage to get our tyre fixed at an exceptionally reasonable price. All in all I would stay again and would recommend to others.

We only stayed one night , as a stop off on our drive from U.K. to Malta . Chosen because of its location just off the motorway and it being dog friendly . The room was comfortable and clean . We ate at the restaurant, that offered a buffet style meal . The food was good and they allowed our small dog to sit under the table , which was helpful . The parking was plentiful . Didn’t have time to use the other facilities, as this was just a stopover in our journey.

Room was lovely and clean, as was all areas of the hotel we saw. Breakfast had good options and looked well presented. We had dinner one night and the food was delicious. They had a QR code on the table you could scan and it would show the menu in English which was very helpful. There was an area in the lobby that had 2 foosball tables, a pool table and dart board which was good fun. There was also a smallish bar area to get a few drinks. All the staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful.

We loved the huge bed and also possibility to have a swim and usage to the gym. Rooms were super clean as well. Also the restaurant was good (both dinner and breakfast - but order alacarte, not buffet). Staff was super friendly and nice.

Good selection of food for breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner buffet was also good. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Conference area was very good.

The rooms were comfortable and beds were great. Room to relax in chairs provided. Free use of gym was much appreciated after 2 days on the road. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.
